FDISK_findDevNrPosition

Description: returns the device position for the new device
Parameter:

• start: start position for the search
• end: end position for the search
• param: parameter string containing status informations about the harddisks
• vDev: Virtual (internally used) device number.
• newPartNr: stores the new device number
• type: type of the new partition
