SERVER_daemonStartStop

Description: starts, stops and restarts daemons
Parameter:

• daemonScript: the file name of the script, that handles the real starting, stopping and restarting and understands the $action
• action: start, stop or restart

Returns:

• : true on successfully execution otherwise false.
