To use the App "opsi - Local Image" you need a special license file and the opsi - Local Image product packages. The license file has been copied to the following position: /usr/share/doc/ucs-school-umc-computerroom-plugin-opsi/modules.

This license allows you to use the App for up to 5 clients. Please copy this with root access rights to the opsi server and save it at the following position: /etc/opsi/modules.

If you already have a license file for other OPSI modules, but without a permission to use the App "opsi - Local Image", don't replace your existing file and contact us directly to receive a new license file: sales@univention.de.

The opsi - Local Image product packages are provided through the package repository by uib GmbH. To add the repository, please edit the file /etc/opsi/opsi-product-updater.conf on the opsi server and extend the line starting with dirs = with the value opsi_stable/products/opsi-local-image.

Following, please execute this command to download the opsi - Local Image product packages:

In order to use the opsi - Local Image app, please follow the opsi local image setup instructions. Once the setup is complete, teachers will find an additional menu entry to reset selected computers in the computer room module that is part of Univention Management Console.
